Directed and led organization to provide day-to-day operations and service activities for over 400 technicians, project managers, and leaders across the Midwest U.S. supporting 30 accounts, 800 sites, and 40,000 seats.

Provided leadership to multiple support teams’ daily service delivery to all General Motors sites in the Indiana region. Directed Desktop Support, Network Communications, and Project Management teams to successfully meet delivery targets, while operating within the financial model.
