Voluntary work as staff member at the community forum of the video games publisher "Deep Silver" (division of Koch Media GmbH). First as moderator and since 2006 as administrator: Technically administrating the forum software and moderating the international users and discussions. Mostly this was an independent and autonomous job with plenty of social contact to the international users and team members. (Platform was closed in 2016)

Advanced Internship in the section of Technical Full Service. -> Theme: Evaluating tools for support and documentation of business processes in an E-Commerce environment; Bachelor Thesis: -> Development of a list of criteria for testing software in the Technical Full Service section.
