In this post, regarding the selection process, I adapted the main functions described in my previous job. In this new role, due to the idiosyncrasy of the profiles, a tailored search was required for each profile and headhunting was a must. In this role emphasis was given to the continuous communication among the involved parties, the time pressure and the detailed requirements. I also lead the Implementation of a new Applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Manage national (Spain) and international recruitments (UK, China, Mexico and Germany) • Contact with potential national and international clients. • Talks in national universities. • Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates. • Carry out the whole selection process (curriculum screening, interviews with the candidates, assessments, background check, comunication with the clients and rcandidate follow up once incorporated) • Seek for improvement methods at the work place.

After obtaining the Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES) I improved my Mandarin in Taiwan for a year.

-The principles, analysis and interpretation of human behaviour and, to a lesser extent, of animal behaviour. -The basic skills of assessment, diagnosis and psychological care. -The grounding required to work in the field or prepare for a career in scholarship and research.
