I have been working for several years as an IT technician in the sector of media and civil society organizations, in addition to being a graphic designer. My professional tasks include the installation of IT systems on different platforms, PCs, laptops and printers in addition to the general manual activities of an IT technician, as well as providing support by telephone and remotely. While I was initially trained in layout and design, I adapted my skills to the needs of the sector and started providing IT support as well. Throughout my 12 years of experience as IT Support, I have gained experience in installing Windows-Systems WIN7 / WIN10, change hardware parts of workstation and laptops, using and troubleshooting Networks and Office 365 package and I have knowledge of Microsoft Server.
