• Performed ongoing rating surveillance reviews on a portfolio of 20+ U.S. and Canadian CMBS transactions • Analyzed financial statements including operating statements, rent rolls, sales reports, third party reports & market research data to review performance of the underlying collateral in the pool • Presented analysis & recommendations to Rating Committees on credit rating decisions by modeling the transaction with adjustments to loan-level cash flows & probability of default factors

• Created research reports on residential & commercial RE markets and potential acquisition targets in several European countries for client pitch on potential strategic & geographic expansion • Analyzed legal & structural considerations concerning a potential takeover/share purchase in a publicly listed Israeli RE company by a private German investor • Created a database of Equity Capital Market transactions in the German & Austrian public RE sector
