Focused predominately on strategic expansion the Identity Management industry, specifically as a SME within the Enterprise Role Management (ERM) and Identity Certification (IdC) practices. The role also includes responsibility and accountability of IdM consultants on specific ERM and IdC engagements to ensure the success and future expansion of the business.

My role is to provide extensive success of SENA in the Identity and Access Management, Portal, Content Management and SOA domains. Selected individual as part of the driving force for the newly-founded XML enterprise gateway (OEG) practice within SENA. Focusing predominately on the sales pipeline with Oracle and Vordel to build the XML enterprise gateway engagements. Technically delivering use-case solutions for pre-sales engagements and providing best practice architectural solutions

After entering Oracle through acquisition, I continued my role as an Oracle identity Analytics (OIA) specialist continuing as a technical lead on a number identity compliance and role management engagements across the EMEA region. Extending roles included a high number technical knowledge transfer sessions within Europe, PS engagements and delivering IT-GRC PoC's for a number of European financial companies

Specialising in Identity Compliance and ERM lifecycle within the RBAC sector. Sun role manager (SRM) expertise within the EMEA identity team performing PoC's, technical lead for production deployments, 'best practice' solutions and leading technical training sessions for Sun internals, customers and Sun partners. Proven knowledge in SRM deployments providing middleware product integration solutions and technical expertise on large-scale projects for other Sun internals and partners.
