As project manager I am responsible for the project success from the conception, markt research, customizing and integration of the new Enterprise content service in the company portfolio. Main goal of the project is the introduction of a new ECM platform in the company. This platform includes different OpenText products (Content server, Archive Center, etc).

Product and application management: Planning, development and implementation at international level of new functionalities in the energy management and building management systems. Project management: Schedule, costs and risks management of new projects with scope of a higher level of automation in the construction, facility management or mobility processes.

- Management from IT projects in the ERP field in cooperation with the international HQ and the spanish warehouses. Project management activities enclosed all the necessary organizational steps from the cost-benefit analysis to the software rollout. - Product management: as product manager was also my responsability to provide support and consulting services from important ERP modules (SCM, Order processing, SRM, Financial accounting and Business intelligence)

- Analysis and evaluation of efficient optical networks - Design, test and evaluation of the possible solutions to minimize the transmission limitations due to the optical fiber properties - Master thesis "Transmission Performance of PSK and Star-16-QAM Modulation Formats Using Coherent Detection and Electronic Distortion Equalisation for Application in Future Optical Transmission Systems"
