Planned, developed and operated the first two APIs of Lufthansa Cargo myself. Scaled them from 0 to >100.000 API calls per day! These APIs were also presented at a logistics hackathon where 300 developers, including myself, used our data to bring innovative ideas to life within 24h.

Our mission statement we follow within the Digital Cargo Lab: find and evaluate the most promising software-based technologies and solutions. Following the design thinking and lean startup principles (build, measure, learn), we will prototype use cases fast and define clear stop or go criteria. selected projects from the Lab: Process mining, Low code platform, IOT prototype, Computer vision, Chatbot, Design Thinking and Design Sprints

The project Rapid Rate Response introduces a Machine Learning Model for the automated generation of adhoc spot prices within a few seconds. This process used to be done by hand and sometimes took hours! This project sets new standards within our industry.

My team and I developed the Lufthansa Cargo App for our customers. At first, I was the Scrum master and later the product owner of this app. Available for iOS and Android, the eServices App is installed on thousands of devices used by our customers to get the certainty of knowing where their shipments are at all times.
