• Managing and leading the IT & Telecoms, Travel & Accommodation, Office Equipment & Stationary, Professional Services and Site Services & Materials categories in Germany with a combined spend of £23M. • Run full end-to-end RFI and RFP processes, including but not limited to commercial and contractual negotiations in both German and English. • Delegated authority for POs up to £64k.

• Responsible for the handling, assessment & processing of a diverse range of forklift warranty cases on behalf of NMHG

• Responsible for & acted as a key participant in the completion of business critical projects including Technical support agent for IBM / Lenovo ThinkPads & ThinkCenters for the Central European Market • Order Booking & Order Management IC- & RMA Support Agent within the Cisco Team providing worldwide support to Cisco Customers • Hardware Support contracts for printers within EMEA countries, including Special Bid Customers & the resolution of any customer disputes
