Senior citizens deserve happy, dignified lives. Aged care is a noble profession, and carers should be appreciated and valued. These two simple ideas are what drives us at myo – we bring tech solutions to care homes to help improve the lives of seniors and carers. I am responsible for executing on the product vision to make an app that users love. This involves creating wireframes and mockups, documenting requirements, conducting user interviews, and analysing data to understand use patterns.

I was the product manager for HomeToGo's machine learning and personalization products. I worked with a team of three developers to better tailor users' experience to their needs and expectations. Within this role, I developed new feature ideas, wrote requirements, managed the development sprints, QA'ed finished features, set up and analysed A/B tests, and reported on the product's key metrics to management. I was previously been responsible for the autocompleter and flexible search products at HomeToGo.
