Daniel Wilson is a co-Founder of my123Baby and the CEO. my123Baby is a revolutionary new product that will enable couples to perform assisted reproduction at home.

Currently, we handle most of the translation from German to English as well as proof all English web site material and marketing collateral.

Extensive knowledge of both training and documentation in a single person is hard to find in an industry that is still relatively young. Into this void steps Daniel Wilson and his new company Training & Doc Guru. Wilson spent the first half of his career in documentation, and the second half in training so that he now has over 20 years of experience in documentation and training for software projects.

Created and wrote most of the Data Guide for this company. The Data Guide is a comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) training and documentation portal for new and existing employees, which includes over 100 minutes of training videos.

Oversaw documentation for all five Security & Quality Suite products, including printed PDF documentation as well as context-sensitive help.

Created a variety of marketing and support content for two products: Workstreams and RPlan Connect.

Led the creation of online documentation for the Merchant Platform API. Also, created two Integration videos describing how to onboard new brands.

Created two online training videos in English based on the German versions.

Wrote blogs, SEO articles and other marketing materials as well as assisted with translations.

Created internal IT documentation in Confluence, largely covering the vast knowledge of the head of IT and Development, who was in the process of departing the company. Scope is a finance company and I worked in the Mutual Funds division.

Designed and wrote a comprehensive online Developer’s Guide and Reference for the iOS (Swift and Objective-C) and Android (Java) versions of the supr Accept SDK, which is a leading Point of Sale (POS) application. It is available publicly at: https://wirecardmobileservices.github.io/SuprAcceptSDK-Developer/. Also, designed and wrote the supr Accept SDK User’s Guide for the end-user iPad application. Created accompanying graphics for both publications.

Oversaw all technical documentation for this subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1. Primarily, designing, creating and writing glomex docs: a state-of-the-art online documentation system that describes how to install, configure and implement glomex web services. Also, assisted in the design and writing of marketing documents including flyers, brochures, white papers, technical updates and more.

Designed and delivered a customized ‘Business English’ curriculum for this leading User Experience (UX) design company, including lessons in writing, presenting, conversing and proper pronunciation.

Wrote online help text for Teradata’s marketing applications division, with a focus on mobile push notifications as well as email marketing.

Brought on to head up the documentation department for this small company involved in Social Media data processing. Re-designed the documentation library and then re-wrote most of the current documentation including process manuals and a software development methodology, as well as, marketing literature and Powerpoint presentations.

Wrote online documentation for a Daimler Chrysler project.

This brand new company specializing in Big Data software and consulting was looking to establish an online and printed brand. So I helped with brand development and then designed and wrote new marketing brochures. Also created web site videos explaining technical concepts. For these videos, I wrote the script, designed and implemented the animations, performed the voice over and finished the video in Premiere.

Worked as an author and multimedia developer on several projects at TD Bank. All work was under a non-disclosure so details cannot be shared. Divisions that I worked for included Small Business Banking and Credit, Reputational Risk, Insurance, Branch Banking, Enterprise Procurement, the Mobile Mortgage Specialists division, and Wealth. One project deliverable was a multimedia piece for which I wrote the script and developed the animation; using Powerpoint/Articulate and Flash for delivery.

Responsible for quality assurance and consistency across a major release of courseware for a classroom training program delivered to both Canadian and American employees of CN Rail.
