• Managing teams in Italy and Germany for direct CPE and Repair/Refurb procurement • Handling risk- & business continuity management • Optimization of Warehousing & Refurbishment/ Repair process and cost position with global suppliers • Enabled new product introductions and direct Tier 3 sourcing (Hardware/Software – main components (memory, storage, chipset, plastics, packaging) incl. supply chain optimizations (SKD/component buffer stocks, transport, and hybrid manufacturing Asia/Europe)

• All Sky Italy & Germany 3rd party product sourcing responsibility for DVB, OTT, IP and other CPE • Enabling and influencing OEM/ODM roadmap development (e.g. chipset manufacturers) • Introducing category management and risk management for CPE sourcing (see above)

• Setup of CPE dedicated CPFR and product supply • Ownership of all Set-Top-Box and IP products

• CPE product management and set top box platform introduction/development • Introduction of Sky first integrated and modular PVR (Set-Top-Box with HDD)
