Co-leading a 30-member project team focused on implementing a demo web application for an American NPO, which focus is to help students fund for their college tuitions through affiliate marketing. • Monitoring and coordinating different UX initiatives in a team, composed of Design, Research, Content, Development and Strategy subgroups • Empowering cross-functional collaboration and applying Agile processes to optimise workflows, enhance communication and facilitate iterative project delivery

Project Management: • Becoming responsible for the organisation of marketing projects from concept to execution, mainly related to email marketing OPS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation • Developing project plans and communicating with stakeholders and external agencies • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and digital marketing specialists Customer Experience Design: • Ideating and developing customer journeys • Structuring and designing landing pages

Project Management: • Co-managing marketing and visual projects from concept to execution including planning and stakeholders engagement, with focus on email marketing and loyalty program Customer Experience & Brand Design: • Collaborating and coordinating the creative agency in defining experience and interactions in the new e-commerce • Co-leading the creation of the new brand book and digital UI kit • Conceptualising, creating and coordinating offline and digital materials such as company presentations

• Being the contact person within the company for the marketing & visual projects of the Amazon Hub IT partnership • Producing and managing the creative company materials • Launching the first email marketing campaigns and the first communications of the company • Organising PR deliverables with external agencies
