Ensure consistency between the production programs and the resources of the plant. Ensure the management of the plant’s warehouses with the proper supply of raw material and packaging materials. Manage logistics external services.

Barilla Germany and Barilla Sweden Implementation of the Operational Excellence project “Made in Barilla” in Celle (Germany) and Filipstad (Sweden) Plants, pursuing improvements both in the alignment of the processes and in the operational performances of the plants. - Overall 0,5 mio€ per year reached as improvements in both plants; - Trend setting organizational models found for both plants; - Group strategy interlaced in local structure and behavior.

Short term and long term production planning, stock and consumers service level management for the following product categories: - Frozen - Pasta(Brand Barilla, Voiello) – Caserta and Thiva Plants Project work related to Stock & Flow optimization (0,2 mio€ saving) for Northern & Central Europe.

- Sales Planning: analysis and report of sales data, contracts statistics, transports and orders monitoring. - Ordering e Distribution: support the activity of orders, daily reports, contact with sales people and logistic suppliers.
