- Contribution to the financial reporting and regular budgeting processes. - Review of P&L development and relevant balance sheet positions. -Contribute to analysis of actual vs. plan and financial and non-financial KPIs - Cash Management on Group and entity level. -Ad-hoc projects

-Operational controls in order to ensure a complete, correct and immediate invoicing data flow. - Tracking and escalation of aged invoice drafts in pending status in the invoicing system. -Creation of manual invoices and credit notes. -Sorting of invoices where required. -Insurance against compliance with invoicing legal and fiscal requirements. -Support to contract management teams with the appropriate additional information. -Elaboration of standard instruction of different type of invoices.

- Responsible for the accounting of bills of the different societies of Robert Bosch Spain using SAP tool. - Management of complaints and returns of invoices from national and international supliers. - Control of the Intercompany Reconciliation Tool (ICR). - Close help to the supervisors during closure. - Control of FI invoices and preparation of monthly ISO9001.
