Working within the European Talent Acquisition team, my main responsibilities include: • Managing the full recruitment process across multiple disciplines and locations within Europe. • Directly sourcing candidates using a variety of methods and tools. • Screening and assessing applicants. • Candidate offer management. • Utilising social media and networking sites to promote the employer brand, advertise roles and attract passive candidates. • Tracking recruitment data on the ATS.
