Initially I came to LMT China as LMT Tool Manager at VWATD Automatic Transmission Dalian. Now I’m continuing my work for LMT Tool Management from LMT China headquarter by undertaking new tasks. I’m working as Project Manager of our Tool Management projects in China, at the same time being busy with acquisition of new Tool Management projects with well-known automotive manufacturers from China as well as abroad, arranging quotations and tender

-Head of LMT Tool Management (TM) at VWATD -Professional & disciplinary mgmt of 45 employees -Mgmt of in-house regrinding center& tool warehouse for complete prod. at VWATD -Continuous advancement& optimization of all TM processes, QM/QA of LMT TM, of warehouse mgmt& tool disposition, of tool test system& its processes, & of tool cost& performance report to VWATD -Integration of TM for phase 2 of VWATD DQ200 gearbox prod. -Set-up complete new TM for phase 1-3 of new AUDI AVS camshaft prod. at VWATD

-Quality assurance and quality management in Chinese partner company of SCP -Supervision, support for QA/ QM in Hefei -Technical supervision and support for all assembled components and engines in Hefei -Supervision of production relocation from Germany to Hefei, supplier management -Ensure and improve communication between China and Germany

QA in train commissioning (IBS) in SIEMENS AG high-speed train project CRH3 VELARO CN in Tangshan & Beijing/China -QA in train IBS for the 3 SIEMENS trains delivered to China - management of quality finishing, IBS tests, acceptance test runs, final handover to Chinese Ministry of Railways (MoR), QA support of subcontractors in cooperation with QA of overall project management, QA/ QS-documentation - QA-support to local high-speed train production, train IBS and final handover to MoR, QA/ QM-documentation

-Project and Quality Management of planning and tender documentation for telecommunication and traffic telematics projects -Customer support -Operative PM and QA/ QM in "OPAL BERLIN 2006" (a fibre optic cable telephone network project) for Deutsche Telekom AG

-Project and Quality Management for construction supervision and documentation -Customer accounting and auditing in the business divisions railway signalling telecommunications and highway traffic telematics

-Technician for preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment -Motorcar mechanic and QA / QM in truck assembly
