• Worked in the Patient Matched Technology Dept, ensuring design compliance with specifications and internal standard requirements (ISO 13485), creating CAD models for 3D printed polymer based custom-made medical devices • Closely collaborated with Additive Manufacturing Production, R&D department, orthopaedic surgeons and/or surgical sales representatives to meet requested preferences • Used daily Solidworks and Mimics • CT and MRI DICOM images control, 3D reconstruction, 3D planning, .STL files control

• Ensured design compliance with products specifications and internal standards requirements, creating CAD models for high precision medical devices (ISO 13485) • Closely collaborated with CNC operators, Quality department and, if needed, external suppliers to meet requested preferences • Used daily CAD software Solidworks and Autocad, creating 2D and 3D drawings, and 3D CAM software Hypermill, planning toolpaths and generating codes to be used on CNC machines
