In 2018, I was assigned the program manager position for the 'New Traffic Management' program at Infrabel. This program aims to modernize and improve the efficiency of the operational management of train traffic. The program includes two sub-programs: o Development of traffic control software (follow-up in Jira & MS project) o The concentration of 31 to 10 modern signalling control rooms. Each subprogram is implemented through multiple projects, each managed by its own project manager.
