After my first experience with uaoo, I had a new job apportunities as Sales Responsible, my main task was the creation of local distributors network and customer care.

We grow congress ’09 was an International congress of Western Europe and North America that hosted more 200 delegates and 100 Neapolitan students. An international congress supported by local institutions, national and local companies and media. I managed an international team composed by more 20 persones, then was the main responsaible of general organizzation.

Global Leaders Summit ’09, was the most important conference of AIESEC that hosted more than 200 delegates coming from all over the world, and saw the participation of 2000 students at public events. More than 80 companies and Institutions supported the project.

I was in tour around Italy for a brand promotion and organize events in different Italian cities.

I was president of Local Committe AIESEC Napoli Parthenope in Italy. During this experience I managed a team composed by more 20 than persons then I had the opportunity to develop different skills moreover I developed also my focus on processing and results in long term. This was a really important year because with my Local Committe achieved the main results planned.

This was my first associative experience. My main objective was to find new partners for different projects in order to my objective i developed myself in personal and profesional side. My main results was: to sign the first parthenership about our internship programme after 2 years.
