• Managed the interface with all governmental entities to secure the necessary work permits for the $85m Halliburton MultiChem Batch Plant Project in Jubail, KSA. • Managed four (4) subcontractors of a total value of $3.5M to ensure the work is delivered safely, on time and within budget. • Managed the implementation of data standards on the project as part of the company’s initiative towards data centric execution.
