Underground/Mine exploration, planning and supervising of geophysical and drilling projects in the mine, coordination, testing of new methods etc.

I'm responsible for all exploration underground and surface drill holes, I have to coordinate the underground mining department with the administrative and planning departments, report to the supervising ministry, attend their meetings and do the regular reporting, I have to model in SurPac the ongoing planing stages of the current shaft planing states as well as the future underground and surface infrastructure. I have to accompany the practical shaft sinking process as on-site geologist.

I was part of the geoscience team and had to pick seismic events which were recorded in the salt mine. Furthermore I was supervising the installation of the new microacoustic system in the salt mine, I also analyzed possible 3D visualization tools for presenting the geophysical data recorded in the mine.

I was responsible as project manager for everything dealing with this 3D and 2D seismic project. I also had to coordinate the public and legal constraints with the practical field work during the measuring phase. I also had to report to the legal representatives of the responsible ministry and attend their regular meetings.

Field work assistance, mapping, taking care of the mineralogical collection, web research, field excursions etc.

I was responsible for all questions arising around environmental problems during the constructioin phase of this new giant construction site (about 150 soccer fields in size!, largest European inner-city construction site at this time!)
