Management of existing fleet of assets for new and existing customers for 5 countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Italy). Projects can range in size from a few hundred devices to 25.000+.Manage Siebel Services Requests and exceptions, follow up orders in SAP Place and monitor orders /shipments to ensure delivery according to project schedule. Work with Project Manager in all phases of implementation Create Partner Purchase Orders (PO) and manage Service Partner payments via SAP SRM-SAP FIORI

• Account and Key Account Management for Italian Customers within GE • Undertake all aspects of customer order management (order Entry, credit, debit issues, Stock issues, transportation issues, invoicing and Export) • Customer master data configuration (new and existing customer management in SAP) • Providing Customer service to my accounts regarding any Logistic, Pricing and Credit issues, inbound/ outbound calls for customer

• Small and wholesale distribution of Italian premium quality clothing focused on silk products • Manage end to end from procurement of goods to sales • Maximise customer’s satisfactiom by manage bespoke orders through alignment with vendors • Financial planning of the Business Operation, follow up inventory and order new collections • Ensuring product displaying and window showcase arrangement according to season and trends
