I created Seaside Nannies Inc. to help create long lasting relationships between Nannies in Families in the San diego area. I do this by assessing every family in their own home environment and screening every nanny BEFORE they are allowed to meet any of my clients. I have found this to be the most successful way of connecting nannies and families, ultimately creating a loving bond between caregiver and child.
