Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, and e-newsletters. Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials, maintaining and updating customer databases,conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups, developing marketing plans and strategies, managing budgets and evaluating marketing campaigns.

Set up of projects, costs planning and resources ,facilitate bill generation & approval process. Revenue Investigation working with finance. Act as liaison between various internal departments to solve issues as they arise with customers.
