Supplier development: evaluating suppliers based on price, quality of products and services, support, availability, reliability and solution of operational problems; negotiating pricing with carriers; managing contract database and all associated files, contract development, administration, tracking and analysis; supplier performance and contract compliance; preparation bid packages to obtain pricing for services; communication with intentional Schenker affiliates; FTL consulting and strategy development;

Operational procedures: coordinating processes to ensure customer satisfaction; accepting customer’s orders; arranging transport and managing the loading of vehicles; following haulage process; production and supply of operations capability information; organizing various kinds of logistical related information; handling problem resolution with customers and service providers; preparation of supporting documentations; customer invoicing; preparing presentations and proposals for various clients.

Responsibilities: Needs based communication with multiple plants; evaluating and comparing quotations from potential and existing logistic service providers; quotes analyses for logistics services, supplier negotiations; administration of the sourcing files; internal reporting and measurement of the carrier’s performance and statistics, fuel price, and savings based on fuel surcharge.

Responsibilities: Coordination of International and domestic truck transport, multimodal transportation processes, mixed consignments within Russia; planning of warehousing operations; KPI systems with subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery of goods/shipments; price negotiation; customer service responsibilities (promotion and selling of forwarding services, carrying out presentations, searching for potential customers and enlarging customer base); budgeting and expense control, debt monitoring.

Thesis: The process of democratization in Poland, Slovakia and Czech Republic.
