I was the linking pin between the municipality of The Hague's project office for a new road tunnel called 'Rotterdamsebaan' and a sustainability expert team led by TU Delft Professor Marcel Hertogh. I developed a framework to specify sustainability for road tunnel construction projects. Plus, I advised the project organization on how to incorporate sustainability in the procurement phase of road tunnel construction projects.
