It's a very specific one for troubleshooting. It’s an international asset, where me, along with my team, have to manage all the MMS Platform 24/7/365. We work with several platforms, most of them Unix based. For these we implement scripts and tool for supporting our customers. We use also databases, in which messages are stored.
