Review, analyze, modify and negotiate contracts to achieve acceptable risk levels. Analysis of extension of time claims, Inspection of records and delay notices, Preparation of delay analysis.

Review and drafting of a wide range of contracts and subcontracts. Contract Manager and permanent monitoring activities with subcontractors in turnkey and other related projects. Advice and counsel on regulations for government contracting. Legal support during Public Procurement Processes with Government. Enforce compulsory clauses in Contracts including Limitation of Liability, Force Majoure, Arbitration and Termination.
