- Investigate and correct zero cost and negative margin parts and Analysis of scrap. - In charge of the Capital Expenditure requests and monthly follow-up. - Assist with monthly financial estimates (flash), quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets. - Participate in the monthly closing process including: allocations, general ledger entries, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. - Compare standard to actual costs for inaccuracies.

- Promoted to this position after 6 months of being the Commercial Department Assistant. - Direct the billings and invoicing, including the registration and payment details, for the Eastern European associated Hotels. - Assess and monitor the hotels’ current payment and/or debt situation with our company, and provide payment solutions.

- Connecting point between companies and Hotels. Arranged cheap accommodation rates in our associated Hotels, for those companies which had a high volume of reservations in a specific localization. - Negotiated rates by making relationships with hotel and clients, accomplished over 500 negotiated rates. - Searched for new partners by calling and making relationships with individual hotels, acquired 26 new partners.
