 Monitoring and implementation of the Management Plan of Work.  Supervise the execution of work activities, related both with earthworks and structures, including two bridges.  Managing all the machinery used in the works, both rental and owned.  Coordinate with Technical Department the development of the project based on the needs of the planned production.  Support for the management of human, technical and financial resources.  Carrying out inspections and document reception.

- Support in suppliers control. - Collaboration in time management on site. - Training in certification processes. - Training in staff control mechanisms and applications. - Training in cost control of items in the Project BoQ.
