P&L responsibility | Lead of local operations of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) Business in Sweden & Finland 1) Drove short-term profitable growth, leading the business and the cross-functional teams in Sweden and Finland, and overseeing the P&L in the respective countries including resource planning and allocation. 2) Development and implementation of a strategy and business plan in full alignment and close collaboration with headquarters (IBVT) and Nordic Cluster leadership.

Business Executive Officer Nordic region Duties included oversight of all functions of the organisation with P&L responsibility in the Nordics. 5 countries, 56 FTEs, EUR 37 Mio. Led Nordic Leadership Team i.e. 10 senior members. Direct operations in 4 countries and in multiple channels incl. institutional/Hospitals (tenders), Long Term care, Pharmacy, grocery trade and Digital/E-commerce.

Double-hat responsibilities: 1/ Country Manager CH with P&L responsibility for Swiss commercial organisation 2/ Marketing Director DACH/Nordics, strategic planning for core business across the region (USD 47 Mio.)

Commercial Marketing Manager Infusion disposables EMEA Regional Marketing responsibility for CFN core business; Infusion technology (regional revenues of USD 190 Mio.) for North/East/Central Europe and emerging markets including direct and indirect operations
