Worked on software to process data from RMDS (Reuters Market Data System). Converted Reuters ETS (Enhanced Transaction System) adapter from Eurex 14 to Xetra 13.

GloRi development and support. I was responsible for an OpenLink Endur AVS Toolkit, C/C++ application which extracted data from Endur for ETRM reporting to management; the position also involved investigating issues with deals missing from simblobs. Additionally, I enhanced PL/SQL procedures, completed development of the web interface to the global risk reporting system and maintained it until shortly before it should be replaced by the newer GloRi system.

Finished off and improved C++ and MySQL code on Linux with STL, which facilitates the migration of back office data from IBM host systems to Linux, Apache, MySQL. As the previously responsible developers all left the company before I arrived, I had to work out what the code was doing, finish it and fix the particularly poorly conceived portions.

Developed C++ and SQL stored procedures for a core bank server, KeyLink, bug fixing, problem analysis and solution delivery, created high performance multithreaded real time account information system.
