Execute interoperability and field testing of 2G/3G/4G call processing – Voice and Data –in lab environment or in field with various infrastructures and commercial German networks. I develop new testing procedures for LTE Networks participating in authoring FIT test plans, test results analysis, SW/HW debugging and reporting, using different logging (QXDM and MA Intel Tool) and debugging software test tools. Work with the development and integration teams to drive the resolution of issues and CRs.

Responsible for network field activity on Cogent network in the Western and Central part of Germany. I Worked with Network Planning to provide Field perspective to network deployment as well as to provide expertise in deployments. I also provided technical expertise for maintaining, troubleshooting and turning-up fiber optic networks.

Monitored the defined project KPIs/SLAs auditing work performance and annexed documentation, encouraging subcontractors to maximize the quality of service, and performed trainings for subcontractors and NSN workers. Also I planned and developed manuals and “How to's” for different departments of the DNO's project, optimizing and standardizing internal and external work processes.

Successful managed RAN installation projects like network build-outs, network capacity expansions while monitoring and controlling Cost, Quality, and Timeliness. During Execution, coordinated activities with appropriate parties and provided regular reports and communications using proper tools for internal and external stakeholders. In Completion and close out phases, coordinated and secured acceptance from customer, and helped to present final report as well as lessons learned.

I collected and analyzed data and air interface signalling from the 2G/3G networks to resolve problems and make recommendations for improving QoS. I performed WCDMA RAN and core activities like trouble shooting in NW equipment both RAN and CN, remote/on-site support and emergency recovery activities, and implemented expansions and upgrades in Customer Networks and in works involving subcontractors I dispatched issues and coordinated field engineers.

I learned project management in a growing company that became the best considered Movistar’s Contractor in Catalonia area. During PM tasks I coordinated contractors, suppliers and Isolux employees as well as I helped to define scope of work, resource requirements, scheduling of activities and resources, budget, tracking mechanism, communication plan, and documentation.

I reported to the Senior Project Manager monitoring and delivering several roll-out projects. I participated in the complete system design of the In-Building antenna network, performing coverage and performance tests, and issuing the acceptance test report, assuring site engineering work in accordance with Site Engineering delivery process and with respect to customer’s directives.
