Expanding, developing and managing the supply base within the Far East using key performance criteria to identify and assess potential suppliers. Proactive involvement on a day-to-day basis managing the interface between the UK office and Far East. Project management entailing new product development, price negotiation, costings, purchase orders, manufacture, quality control, shipping, contract packing and POS.
