My main duties are proposing enhancements of global credit management policy, regular follow ups of credit limits and risk categories, review quality of the Order to Cash process, project management and risk reporting.

I had the responsibility of monitor and analyze the credit risk of Spanish and Portuguese customer portfolio, manage trade credit insurance policy and various reporting activities like Bad Debts Follow up, Early Warning Report or Top 20 Risky Customers.

My main tasks were the regular follow up of credit limits and risk categories, decide on release of orders and credit limits, manage critical and high-risk customer engagements and management of third party collection agencies and legal affairs relating to debtors.
