Nucleus is a Hosting Solution Builder. In the hosting business we consider hosting everything that can be en needs to be hooked on the Internet. Solutions means that we work not our of the box. We have a giant menu of options and everyone needs a tailor made solution. Even if it is 95% comprable to already existing solutions, we will concentrate also on the 5% tailormade requirements.

I have built and maintained the complete loyalty system for Mexx. Designing the databse, setting up all data interfaces, reporting and analysing customer (loyalty) behaviour, design triggerbased events & marketing, defining and refining selection criteria for marketing campaigns...

Responsible for setting up the business plan and accordingly the entire business unit which founded the internet strategies for Fase-IT, which later on became a fulle owned daughter for Omega Pharma.

I started working for ARTcom as Director Operations and partner. After 20 months I become general manager, responsible for general administration, HR and strategic decisions.
