I provide training and support in the use of assistive technology to blind and visually impaired students. Training includes, but is not limited to, Windows 7, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet applications such as Outlook, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc. Assistive technologies include products such as JAWS, NVDA, Zoomtext and Window-eyes.

I provided training in the use of Windows and various assistive technology products to blind and visually impaired children and adults, with emphasis on Internet usage. Assistive technology products included JAWS, Window-eyes and Zoomtext.

I provided technical support in the use of the company's various hardware and software products. These products included specialized PDAs for visually impaired users as well as optional software packages designed for these products, Braille Blazer embosser, screen readers, etc. Wrote and proofread product documentation. Conducted product training sessions for teachers and other professionals.
