Overseeing portfolio with a combined Food, Bar, Accommodation & Gaming income of more than $400,000,000 pa. Managing 22 direct and 400 indirect employees Currently controlling the Number 1 performing portfolio within company year on year and YTD for past 2 ½ consecutive years.

During tenure was awarded “Australia’s Best Bar & Restaurant Group 2009” – at the Australian Bar Awards.

Was approached by private equity firm to firstly negotiate acquisition of Master Franchise Rights and secondly the implementation of brand into Australian market. Developed complete franchise model including corporate structure, training models & operations manual thru to store concept and complete national marketing program. Grew brand from pilot store thru to 14 franchised stores nationally within 24 months.

Liaised with more than 60 clients to assist with development and implementation of operationally efficient business modelling and overall performance improvement. Additionally, consulted with more than 30 clients from initial concept stage through to design, fit out and operational commencement.

During tenure managed 3 operations which obtained hotel record profit margins averaging over 42% Nett Profit pa. Additionally grew corporate events by more than 200% within 12 months. Oversaw operations of significant Nationalevents such as CHOGM & Jack Newton Celebrity Classic.
