I joined the global team of Mercuri Urval as working with people is my great passion. For me human collaboration is the key factor for each and every organization to unleash sustainable success. With the right people, at the right time, at the right place - almost everything is possible. As a Mercuri Urval Consultant I see myself in a position to support businesses, organizations and HR functions to strengthen their human resources in order to ensure potential talents and leaders consistently grow.

In October 2015 I perceived the chance to immerse into a different environment by relocating to the thyssenkrupp’s Regional Head Office in Singapore. From here thyssenkrupp operates and governs its businesses in Asia Pacific. The international working environment and the city of Singapore, as one of Asia’s immense business hubs, made my stay to a great exposure.
