Controller at Elior Group, a world leader in catering, being responsible for management control of Iberian West Area (Galicia and Portugal) and of the Operations and Organization Department (Purchasing, Logistics, Technical and Quality). My main responsibilities are: participation in the preparation of annual budgets; Tracking the monthly evolution of the income statement, analyzing budget deviations; economic and financial reporting; accounting and financial analysis; monitoring of key indicators.

As being responsible for administration and management control of DFG group, I was in charge of supervising the accounting, the realization of financial closing, the fulfillment of all tax obligations, staff management and other administrative tasks of Spanish companies of the group. Also, I was in charge of financial planning, treasury management, management control and the realization of reporting of all group companies (Spain, Portugal and Italy).

Controller at Bit-tiendas, a company specialized in design, purchase and distribution of ladies shoes and accessories, taking charge of supervising the financial accounting, performing financial closing and monitoring general expenses. Also, I was in charge of inventory control, demand planning and the online shop.

Like junior auditor, I supported in the audits of annual accounts. During this period I have been part of the audit team to many clients from various sectors, such as Faurecia, Gestamp, Grupo Puentes, Ceferino Nogueira (Grupo Nogar), Impress Metal Packaging (Ardagh Group), Bodegas Martin Codax, Frivigo, Elnosa, etc.

The main task of the Kaizen consultant is to quickly identify waste, get solutions to eliminate or reduce waste, manage and help the client team to implement the solutions and doing the follow up to verify if the solutions are implemented. During this period I worked in Ceaga Companies (Galician Cluster of Companies in the Automotive Industry). Also in the same period I worked for a wind towers production company and in the implementation of a Value Stream Project for wood industry in Spain.
