David Singui

In the role as CEO at Direct Money Source, David Singui is responsible for overseeing this five division financial corporation. David Singui’s main responsibilities include developing and implementing high-level strategies, making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company, and acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and the corporate operations

Reporting to the CEO and maintain a pipeline production of 19 Million a month. David Singui was responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Real Estate finance in the company including Finance, IT and production. David Singui was further responsible for financial management and reporting of the mortgage pipeline, financial planning and market strategies analysis of the company. Managing and structuring commercial real estate deals, REIT formation, and sale/leaseback transactions.

The mission of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is to prepare students for leadership positions in business, and to provide them with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully manage organizations in an ever-changing business environment.
