Head of AVIA Motor Company. I`m managing the Company, developing all the aspects, opening new markets and developing new trucks models. I started and implemented the Electric Vehicles Project.

Head of Karsan Europe Company, the export company created to promote and develop Karsan export sales in Europe. Based currently in Italy, I am responsible for establishing, consolidating and improving the Karsan Group “Sales and After Sales network” presence in Europe.

Head of Sales & Marketing and After Sales (Service and Parts business) for the Optare PLC company. I was responsible for consolidating and improving presence and sales in the Right Hand Drive markets (especially UK, Australia and South Africa), and also for developing the sales network in new markets : the European, Africa & Middle East, East and Far East markets.

Full commercial and After Sales service responsibility for Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Africa & Middle East Markets. I was also “Used” Bus Sales Director for all EMEA. The target was to consolidate and improve the results and the performances on the Italian and Spanish markets and to generate new business in AME.

Based in Prague, I assumed full responsibility for Central & Eastern Europe Markets consolidations and for generating new business especially in Africa, Middle East, Turkey, C.S.I. and Far East. With my team we managed retail business, tenders and international key accounts in these countries. I managed and trained new managers while negotiating pricing strategies for current clients. I reported directly to the Vice President Sales & Marketing.

Management of a team of Sales Managers in different markets around the world and development of sales structures in undeveloped regions, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director and CEO Irisbus Iveco S.p.A. At the same time I also covered "ad interim" the position of General Manager for Africa & Middle East.

Head of the UK and Irish markets, including the wealth management business development. Member of Irisbus UK Limited Board.

I studied also Political Science not finished for work reasons, (9 exams missed out of 35).
