Managment of the warranty issues resolution playing a proactive role in problems solving/prevention during the Project life cycle, by highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly drive other departments to solve issues, which could affect the involved and future projects. Develop enduring faithful Customer relationships. Keep costs within the planned budget, through margin review and cost analysis trying to reduce the costs itself.

Consultant for RAM Power s.r.l as Material Manager working under General Electric - Nuovo Pignone at Port Said - El Gamil (Egypt). The complete project for this power plant (high pressure compression), foresees the erection & commissioning of n°3 Trains of Turbo Generators (gas turbine + gear box + generator) generating 10 MW each plus the erection & commissioning of n°5 Trains of Turbo Compressors (gas turbine + gear box + compressor) and the revamping of n° 4 pre-existing turbo compressors.
