Part of the Business Intelligence team for the Fulfillment by AMZN channel for the European market, responsible for translating business needs into data requirements, developing ad-hoc reports, Quicksight Dashboards and Excel KPI Scorecards. Analysing data points within FBA dbs, investigating patterns, trends and dynamics. Writing ad-hoc PostGre SQL statements, optimizing existing ones by improving efficiency and running time. Performing basic data engineering tasks ETL on AWS-based platforms and RedShift.

Part of a team delivering highly innovative AI projects related to IBM’s Finance & Operations (F&O) domain. Redesigning current processes and infusing ML/AI models, based on requirements provided by the Global Finance Kaizen team. Responsible for the safe transfer of data between different environments (Development/Testing/Production) leveraging ad-hoc optimized SQL queries and REST-API services (IBM Cloud, Cloudant), using basic custom-built pipelines developed in Python.

Assessed usage analytics in Oracle Hyperion. Translated the business requirements in close coordination with Global Accounting HQ to functional requirements for our (to be) Cognos solution (Cognos Analytics). Developed, delivered, tested and successfully rolled-out our solution to the WW Accounting audience internally. The transformation (utilizing Cognos Report Suite) assisted in reducing the volume of existing reports in use from approximately 200 to just 40.

Responsible for the HW quotes’ reports optimization and maintenance. Utilized SQL (established queries from scratch) and SPSS Modeler (simplified the data transformation pipeline). Managed to reduce the average report running time from 40’ to 5’, and accordingly built a customizable Excel Dashboard for the needs of our Senior Management. Tasked with providing KPI to several operations teams as part of the EMEA Data Analyst team. Was responsible for data transformation (SPSS Modeler)and delivery (Excel).

Acted as the initial Point of Contact (PoC) for Business Partners’ HW inquiries. Was responsible for securing the involvement of the dedicated function across IBM’s HW Supply Chain and following through on the assigned inquiries. Resolved inquiries within 2 business days on average (approximately 71% less compared to our team’s average).

Assisted in managing 3 regional development projects (belonging to the ‘IT-FR Marittimo’ programme ~ Budget Total of 1.5M € - EU Structural Funds) throughout the entire development lifecycle. Worked closely alongside regional authorities of Tuscany, and helped ensure all 3 projects were delivered on time, on budget, and met all stakeholders’ expectations.

Served as a first Point of Contact (PoC), assessing cases and answering questions from the public regarding EU- subsidized opportunities. Personal First Call Resolution Rate was estimated at 90%.
