PhD Thesis in the working group of Prof. Roberta Sessoli at the University of Florence (Italy) with the topic: Towards the Development of Molecular Based multi-Qubit Systems: Working mostly on the synthesis of paramagnetic porphyrin dimers and the subsequent magnetic characterization using magnetic resonance spectroscopy techniques. We also started the first surface deposition experiments with the porphyrin dimers using PVD techniques and doing the surface characterization with XPS.
