Davide Rianna

From February 2007 i’m the technical manager and new products development, in a company involved in special fasteners production, in automotive and electrical field. I’m in the first level of company, responding directly to general manager. I manage technical area composed of 7 people, 5 designers and 2 project manager.

During this period i work as Mechanical design manager, in this mechatronic company; i have managed 9 Italian and Poland engineers that i have personally trained. I’ve guaranted to my company 7000 hours/year. I manage Polish engineers remote after training in italy

In this period I have managed the Altair group of mechanical design, created due to the foreign experience of CSS. I was the interface between customer, a leader company in the world for diapers machine, and my company. I develop groups of machine of customer managing in the better way mine engineers, using CAD 3D and CAE tools.

In this period i’ve done the following activity, writing of SW specification, revision and reorganization of SW library, realization with our customer FIAT a dynamic model of Shuler Press, virtual Mokup of the line using this model with a series of die, modeling of multibody system in general mechanics. I’ve attend to a multibody techniques training with motionview and ADAMS solver.
