Lulu Money enables customers to perform cross border remittance & finance management on mobile, web and card platforms.  The platform is growing with 125K monthly active users, & operational in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Now expanding the digital line of products to India, Oman, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Hong Kong. Driving a 20 member team consisting of product managers, engineers & customer experience team

Responsible for building a customer experience management tool from scratch. The product collects various data from banking customers including customer's digital behaviour to create enriched user profiles for business insights. I was individually responsible for Product roadmaps, Product development, and launch. Additional responsibility on evangelisation and P&L.

Built a 60 member Fintech team from zero. This team became one of the top digital innovation partners for many financial institutes including top banks like ICICI Bank, Federal Bank, BOB, UBI, IDBI Bank, Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Muthoot finance & Lulu forex. I was individually responsible for all product consultancy for all clients. The product team and Engineering team reported to me. First, 2 years I had the responsibility of VP Engineering and directly responsible for the technology delivery.

Managed a team of 20 engineers who developed and maintained software solutions for telecom operators inside and outside India.-Long-term service projects with heavy operational character.-Communication bridge between own business team and Tech team.-Owned an Agile environment bounded in Vendor client Business scenario-Telecom operators like, Vodafone, Aircel, Zantel & Airtel
