Dawid Pawlowski

Dawid has seven years of work experience and over four years in SOX projects (heavily involved in managing, coordinating, coaching, leading, implementing, tools administrating, auditing, advising). Before KPMG, between 2001 and 2006, he worked for France Telecom Group (TP & Orange), both for business as well as accounting units, including over 2 years as SOX Revenue Project Manager, Programme Coordinator and Controller.

Responsibilities: • Supervision over all revenue streams divided into 56 Financial Internal Control Processes • Programme results’ presentations on the Sarbanes-Oxley Committee Steering Meetings • Cooperation with KPMG by Global Design Review (detecting deficiencies & material weaknesses) • Cooperation with internal and external (Ernst & Young) auditors by planning and preparation audits • Sarbanes-Oxley Scoping – financial statements analysis, risks analysis and management • SOX tool maintenance.

• Managing the Business Customer Division Reporting System Project • Managing the Management Support Application Project • Preparing of procedures for business processes concerning data transmission services • End-users trainer of Kenan/BP (CSG) - new billing system for business customers • Managing the “Sales to cash” group in IP VPN for TP Project, cooperation with Equant by creating documentation and procedures • Leader of the team responsible for data transmission services sale in ISO Project

Responsibilities: • Creating, analyzing, and presenting maps of new organizational structures, demand, sales and customer care offices • Working out the churn clients database and prediction model; creating simple tools used for analyses • Supervising the creation and update of the database containing information about company’s business customers • Working out processes for customer care and for provision of PSTN, ISDN, IN services
