As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Red Hat, I am responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing outstanding talent for the Professional Services organization. My area of expertise is in Linux and JBoss pre-sales, consulting and instruction.

- Manage year round college recruiting initiatives for summer intern program - Supervise project proposal process with hiring managers and corporate leadership team to determine summer internship offerings - Manage summer internship program of 35+ interns nationwide including weekly executive meetings and networking socials to ensure a successful experience for both interns and management - Created a globally consistent intern hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for hiring managers

- Manage the scheduling of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Coordinate on-boarding activities and appropriate notification and follow-up with Hiring Supervisors - Manage relationship with travel vendor to ensure a smooth candidate experience. - Ensure departmental invoices and expense reports are tracked, approved and forwarded in a timely manner. - Implemented Red Hat's Relocation Program and administer on a daily basis - Facilitate university and client tours at Red Hat

- Administer and maintain performance management system for associates worldwide. - Provide international employees with required documents for B1/B2 visas. - Maintain and administer rewards program for all employees.
